Season your shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Then cook on medium to high heat in oil in a large pan. Tip: make sure that when you place the shrimp in the oi, that is sizzles; that means that the oil is hot enough. It's about three minutes on each side.

Take out of the pan and spread out on a paper towel covered plate. Let cool for about 15 minutes or until room temperature.
You will need to buy all of your ingredients—with the exception of the shrimp which you can buy anywhere—from Trader Joe’s.
While your shrimp is cooking, multitask! Toss this lettuce into a large salad bowl.
Their ingredients are incredibly fresh and meld together synergistically.
The croutons are large, so I like to break them in half. Break up about half the bag and then toss them ontop of the lettuce in the large bowl.
SO DON’T make substitutions on this recipe. TRUST ME…you won’t be sorry.
Sprinkle cheese into the bowl. NOT THE WHOLE TUB OF IT...use somewhere between a third and a quarter of it.
So invite guests over and serve them this AWESOME salad…
Add some freshly ground pepper to your salad (if you need a good pepper mill, check out Crate and Barrel) and then use your own descression as to how much salad dressing you like.
