This little tip will keep you healthy…
MAKE your lunches! Done and done. Set aside some time on a Sunday evening and cook or prepare four lunches for your work week.
There are a few ways to go about doing this…
So you don’t have to do a ton of work, make MAKE TWO LARGE MEALS—that you can break down into four smaller meals—package them up in four individual containers, and store them for each of days of your work week.
ANOTHER WAY, is to lay out four containers and then pull out and prepare the ingredients for your favorite salad; then in true assembly line fashion…fill up those containers! This works well if you are blessed in the way of being able to eat the same meal every day of the week without getting bored.
It takes a little effort, BUT the idea here is to be on top of what you are eating rather than splurging in the moment. When you splurge, you may over eat or eat less healthy options.
AND, yes, I said FOUR MEALS! In true form, Friday is the fun day…The day that begins a weekend. SO, because you were so good all week, treat yourself. I like to get a Skim Unsweetened Green Tea Latte…Mmmmm. Give yourself something to look forward to. Go out to lunch. Buy whatever you want…even if it is the greasiest burger you can find, IT’S OK because it’s only once a week ;)!
